The "Over and Out" can be used as a rod or umbrella holder (or both, if you mount two of them!) by mounting it to the back or bottom of the seat hinge or frame. Unlike holders that attach to the seat pedestal, the "Over and Out" folds completely out of the way to allow freedom of movement, and eliminate tripping hazards. It can also be mounted at the top back of the seat to provide maximum sun protection. Here are some pictures of the "Over and Out" in action. Each one shows a different mounting method.
